Ordering Information

When you have entered the quantities of the items you wish to purchase go to the bottom of the details page and click on the 'Add to Basket' button and you will then be able to view the value of your order.
If you have not finished compiling your order you can select another range to view from the list of ranges on the left and add further products to it.

Basket Page

If you make a mistake in the quantity you want you can amend this on the basket page and by pressing recalculate it will tell you your new order value.
If your order value exceeds £30 you will not pay any carriage charge and this will be omitted from the final total.

Check Out Form

Please make sure that you fill out this form as accurately as possible giving us enough relevant information to eliminate any delivery errors.
Use capitals where necessary rather than totally lower case as this information is used automatically by the system in the generation of picking list, invoice and address labels.

Confirmation of Order

This form will indicate your order reference number, invoice address, delivery address (if different) and order details together with the itemised order indicating the total value of your order and this will be emailed to the email address given on completion of your payment details, then click on the 'Ok' button to continue.

Security

Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Your payment will be collected by our card processing partner (a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland Group) using 128 bit encription security. This can be verified by the yellow padlock in your browser tray at the foot of your screen and the prefix 'https' at the beginning of the address, the security certificate can be viewed by double clicking on the padlock.

Prices

The prices of the articles shown on the details pages are the unit prices in UK pounds sterling including UK V.A.T. at the current rate.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to any UK mainland delivery address complete with a fully itemised V.A.T. invoice within 3 working days, although most orders are delivered next day.
Carriage is free for all orders valued at over £30 nett in one transaction and is only £4.95 on all orders under £30.
Because the goods offered for sale can be both heavy and bulky by nature we regret that we are only able to deliver to a UK mainland address.

Returns & Refunds

If the items supplied were faulty, damaged or incorrect on receipt they may be returned to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they were not misused or mishandled and did not deteriorate through normal 'wear and tear'.
However, if the returned goods were bought over 28 days previously and were found to be in good order when returned we may in certain circumstances make a restocking charge.
If for any other reason you are not happy with the goods, they may be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund (minus any carriage costs paid) as long as they are still in good original condition and are safely and securely parcelled up.
All shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Liability

We will not be held liable for non-performance of goods, loss of profits, consequential loss or damages or late delivery connected with the goods ordered by you or any other compensation apart from the circumstances outlined above.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
